The menu at Boneheads centers on sumptuous yet straightforward grilled fish and chicken dishes and pays homage to the piri piri pepper, a South-African spice with serious sauce-making abilities. The restaurant's freshly prepared seafood entrees, from Atlantic Salmon to Hawaiian Mahi Mahi to Skewered Gulf Shrimp, are first dusted with Boneheads' signature seasoning before being expertly charbroiled to order. For diners who prefer chicken, Boneheads offers three portion sizes, each of which are marinated and flame-grilled to bring out a bounty of bold flavor in every bite.
