A-Card Membership Additional Information and Rules 1. DESCRIPTION OF PROGRAM: A-Card is a membership program designed to provide perks to residents or employees of businesses in the Atlantic Station community. New members are issued a membership card, renewable annually, which is shown in stores and businesses to in Atlantic Station to receive the regularly updates "perks" offered to A-Card members. 2. RULES: No purchase is necessary to obtain membership in A-Card program. Membership is pen to residents or employees of businesses of the Atlantic Station community, as defined in item (1). Must be 16 years of age or older at time of application for membership, and must be able to provide proof of age with an official state driver's license or I.D. card. Void where prohibited by law. 3. ELIGIBILITY: A-Card membership is open to anyone who lives or works in Atlantic Station. Residency is defined as any individual whose primary residence is within the Atlantic Station community, or any address falling within the area defined by Fowler Street on the west, Northside Drive on the east, 10th Street on the south, and 20th Street on the north, or by an address recognized as having been assigned the zip code 30363. Employment is defined as current employment at any business with the Atlantic Station community, also defined by the geographic parameters as set forth above, or by an address recognized as having been assigned the zip code 30363. 4. DESCRIPTION OF "PERKS": Perks of membership are general, and Atlantic Station makes no claims as to the duration, specificity, or type of any offer, discount, or any other benefit of membership. List of applicable A-Card perks will be updated monthly, or in some cases, quarterly. A list of any given month's perks will be available at atlanticstation.com, or a printed version will be available at the Atlantic Station Concierge desk; additionally, by indicating the member agrees to receive email communication from Atlantic Station, offers will also be made available via an email sent to members once monthly. Additional perks outside of those printed or listed may be available. The failure of any business to provide a listed perk, offer or discount does not constitute a failure on the part of Atlantic Station and Atlantic Station is not liable in any way in this instance. A-Card is not a gift card product, does not hold any stored value and is not a form of currency. 5. PERK RESTRICTIONS: Perks offered by stores or businesses shall have no minimum or maximum financial value. Participating store or business reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a perk or discount offer of equal or greater value for any and all listed A-Card perks. No other substitutions or cash equivalents allowed. Perks of membership are non-transferable. All federal, state and local laws apply. 6. MEMBER RELEASE: This program is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. By submitting this application, member agrees to release Atlantic Station LLC, its merchants; agents, affiliates, employees, suppliers, and advertising, promotional, or any prize-sponsoring agency from any and all liability whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of A-Card or any perk associated with A-Card. 7. CARD EXPIRATION: A-Card expires one year after date of issue. Expired card can be exchanged for a new card at the Atlantic Station Management Office, at which time current proof of residency or employment will be requested. 8.
